Identified

Due to an update from our provider, please include the country code (e.g., +1 for North America) when entering phone numbers in the field. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, try adding the phone number on mobile instead of web.
We are working with them on the issue and expect this solution to be only needed temporarily.
